CR-1703 - USA (Minnesota) - Court Reporting Services - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting services. – Provide professional court reporting services on an as–needed basis.– The selected contractor(s) will furnish accurate, timely, and confidential reporting services for hearings, meetings, depositions, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, labor relations matters, public hearings, and other proceedings as requested.• Provide certified court reporters for in–person, virtual, and hybrid proceedings.• Create accurate verbatim transcripts of proceedings in accordance with applicable professional standards.• Produce transcripts in electronic and printed format within requested turnaround times, including expedited services when necessary.• Provide real–time reporting and daily copy services upon request.• Coordinate scheduling of court reporters and respond to requests in a timely manner.• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all recordings, transcripts, exhibits, and other information obtained during the performance of services.• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and professional standards governing court reporting services.• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and qualifications necessary to perform the requested services.• Provide itemized invoices identifying the proceeding date, requesting department, services provided, transcript type, turnaround time, and applicable charges.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
