EXTRA-78473 - USA (Los Alamos, New Mexico) - Senior Operations, Home-Based Services, and Care Coordination Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide senior operations, home–based services, and care coordination services to the government authority located in Los Alamos, NM.– Provide home–based services for older and frail adults.– Services shall include congregate and home–delivered meals, transportation services, educational and social programs, entertainment, volunteer opportunities, adult day care, respite care, home–based care, and care coordination.– Provide opportunities for participants and, when appropriate, their family members or caregivers to provide feedback and input regarding programs and services and shall consider that feedback in the development and improvement of services.– Provide programs and services for senior citizens, including meal and nutrition programs; health, fitness, and wellness programs; transportation services; public benefits counseling and information regarding Social Security, food assistance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other available benefits; referrals for legal and other community assistance; volunteer and civic engagement opportunities; social and recreational activities; educational, cultural, and arts programs; intergenerational programs; and other senior services approved by the County.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 29, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
