(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive support for removal operations services includes outreach, case management, enrollment operations, transportation coordination, ticketing, stipend processing, travel document generation, escort and witnessed departure services, international partner capacity–building, project management support, IT application development, and strategic communications to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Case Outreach and Contact• Attempt initial outreach using email, text, and telephone in accordance with Government–approved protocols.• Conduct identity verification, destination confirmation, and readiness assessments.– Charter Services• Work with air carriers, foreign governments, and aviation authorities.• Provide all labor associated with planning, scheduling, and coordination.
