(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health record (EHR) solutions.– EHR solution, including the product name, current version, years in production, ownership structure, and whether the solution is the organization’s strategic platform for skilled nursing and behavioral health settings.– To migrating active resident data and approved historical information from WellSky, PrimeRx, paper records, shared drives, or other sources.– Provide a high–level implementation approach and typical timeline for a comparable facility, including discovery, workflow design, configuration, interfaces, migration, testing, training, cutover, go–live, stabilization, change management, and ongoing support.– Include document management, data validation, reconciliation, retention, export, and end–of–contract data–access capabilities.– APIs and supported standards, including HL7, FHIR, C–CDA, and other relevant methods.– Data migration and records management.– Hosting, security, privacy, and reliability.– Conduct market research regarding electronic health record (EHR) solutions(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.
