(1) Vendor needs to provide music instruments, related products and services to the government authority located in Meridian, ID. • Band and orchestra instruments (woodwind, brass, percussion, and string)• Marching band instruments and equipment• Instrument accessories, replacement parts, and supplies (cases, mouthpieces, reeds, strings, mutes, stands, etc.)• Instrument repair, maintenance, and reconditioning services• Instrument rental and rent–to–own programs• Delivery, setup, and inventory/asset tagging• Trade–in or buy–back of existing District inventory (if offered)– Grade and intended use: Products must be appropriate for the level identified in the market basket (beginner/student, intermediate/step–up, advanced, professional, classroom, rehearsal, performance, or music technology use) and suitable for repeated use in school environments.– Parts, service, and warranty support: Respondents must describe availability of replacement parts, repair/maintenance support, warranty coverage, and service response processes for the proposed products.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
