CONS-22170 - USA (Shiprock, New Mexico) - Architectural and Engineering Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Shiprock, NM.– Provide design and architectural services as specified below, which shall include, but not be limited to, programming (site selection and onsite investigation), schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and eleven (11) month Warranty Inspection services.– Concept design for all applicable disciplines, including but not limited to:– Project administration.– Civil.– Landscaping.– Structural.– Mechanical.– Electrical.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on July 22, 2026.
