ANIM-9756 - USA (Florida) - Turnkey Placemaking Graphics Program Service - Deadline October 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide turnkey placemaking graphics program service.– Provide a complete, turnkey placemaking graphics program, including field verification, graphic design and production–ready artwork, fabrication, printing, mounting hardware, delivery, installation, traffic–control coordination, required permits or authorizations as assigned by the county, final inspection, cleanup, warranties, and closeout documentation.– Provide light pole banners and signal cabinet wraps– Work shall include both light–pole banner assemblies and exterior vinyl wraps for designated traffic signal cabinets– Develop a coordinated visual system for the banner and signal–cabinet components using county–provided logos, photographs, names, text, brand elements, and/or project themes.(2) A non–mandatory information conference will be held on September 25, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
