(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based statewide alert and warning software.– Acquire an integrated public alert and warning system (IPAWS) solution with integrated public alert and warning system.– Solution must allow analysts to disseminate life–saving information to the public on mobile devices using wireless emergency alerts and to issue radio and television broadcasts via the emergency alert system.– Streamlined, user–friendly interface designed for rapid and efficient alert activation.– Must have a clear, visual delineation between the live alerting environment and the test environment to safeguard against erroneous activations, which is essential for training and testing alert procedures.– Must have a centralized administration capability that will enable system administrators to add and remove users, review user activity, and modify users’ role settings for analysts, supervisors, and administrators.– Must be web–based and available for use 24 hours a day, where users can gain access to the website, enter the password–protected site, and issue emergency alerts.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
