(1) Vendor needs to provide professional weight loss management treatment services include a medical treatment assessment and plan, including a review of weight and medical history, provide lifestyle and behavioral counseling, and conduct a full assessment of any necessary prescriptions for conditions stated to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.– The program must also provide meetings with a registered dietician or certified health coach to educate individuals on proper nutrition, designing a personalized food and activity plan.– The program must also provide a means of tracking adherence to said plans, as well as provide educational resources to help individuals manage obesity, behavioral health, and other lifestyle concerns.– Provide evidence–based, patient–centered obesity and weight management services. – Improve access to qualified clinicians specializing in obesity medicine and/or weight management.– Support sustainable weight loss and long–term weight maintenance.– Integrate nutrition, physical activity, behavior, health and lifestyle interventions with medical treatment.– Establish appropriate clinical eligibility, screening, prescribing, monitoring, and followup protocols.– Improve management of obesity–related comorbidities and associated health risks.– Promote medication adherence and appropriate medication utilization.– Reduce inappropriate or unnecessary utilization of costly therapies.– Provide engaging member/patient experience that encourages sustained participation(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
