(1) Vendor needs to provide content creation services.– Provide content creator services for the be well campaign.– Provide professional content creation services to the authority focused on suicide prevention, problem gaming, and gambling awareness.– Serve as a proactive subject matter expert, creating, managing, and distributing content across digital and print platforms to support organizational awareness and educational initiatives.– Responsible for researching and developing creative content for both digital and print media.– Produce high–quality creative materials: videos, PSAs, banners, audio, and educational materials.– Organize and maintain a shareable content library (posts, graphics, videos, infographics, etc.).– Research and create content highlighting the risk factors and correlation between suicidality and problem gaming, and gambling.– Ensure event promotion, cross–posting on platforms and organization social media pages, and digital flyer integration into all marketing strategies.– Social media and digital strategy.– Manage two social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram), build a strategic presence, and create and post content tailored to the audience identified by the organization.– Plan, promote, and coordinate suicide prevention awareness campaigns and mental health awareness campaigns and community broad–based educational opportunities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
