Vendor needs to provide caregiver survey local research partner services to the government authority located in North Carolina.• Coordinate with agency to identify and confirm 2–3 participating facilities.• Support required administrative and facility permissions.• Participate in study training and adapt study materials to local terminology.• Recruit and screen eligible caregivers according to the study criteria.• Obtain informed consent and administer approximately 40–50 structured caregiver interviews.• Ensure completeness, consistency and secure submission of study data.• Support fieldwork closure and resolution of data–quality or clarification requests from agency.
