EXTRA-72792 - USA (Montgomery, Ohio) - Benefit Bridge Program Service - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide benefit bridge program service to the government authority located in Montgomery, OH.• The program will provide a coordinated set of services intended to equip participants with the skills, resources, and ongoing support necessary for long–term success. – Services may include, but are not limited to: peer mentoring; financial literacy education and individualized coaching; job and education coaching; employment readiness activities such as résumé development and interview preparation; benefits coaching; access to training and industry–recognized certifications; milestone–based incentives; and supportive services.• The Benefit Bridge Program is designed to support individuals and families in achieving long–term employment stability and economic self–sufficiency• Mentoring Services– The contractor shall provide Peer Mentoring services through qualified staff who will work collaboratively with the agency Care Team and maintain an active caseload.Peer Mentors shall be responsible for, at a minimum:• Assisting participants in developing individualized strategies for success and corresponding action plans• Conducting consistent outreach (at minimum weekly) to provide engagement, support, and accountability• Facilitating connections to appropriate community resources and supportive services;• Providing encouragement, life skills guidance, and mentorship as participants work toward their goals• Maintaining availability to respond to participant needs, including phone communication and flexible scheduling, with priority given to evening availability• Working a minimum of forty (40) hours per week(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026 (4) Mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 22, 2026
