(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Bellevue, WA. – Splash marks and spots shall be removed from baseboards, fixtures, furniture, and walls prior to completing wet mopping operations.– Window washing interior and exterior. – Baseboards shall be cleaned to remove scuff and smudge marks.– Hard surface floors shall be wet mopped using an appropriate cleaning product.– Carpet cleaning.– Machine scrub hard surface floors.– Spray buff hard surface floors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.
