(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services to the government authority located in New Bern, NC– Conceptual design, cost estimating, value engineering, contract negotiations, and development of the final project scope.– Participate in two public meetings to gather input on the proposed design and expected use (skateboard, BMX, in–line skates, etc. ) of the skatepark.– Develop three (3) conceptual design options, based on input from City staff, previous surveys, and public meetings that can be implemented within the proposed budget parameters.– Develop a complete project cost estimate to include all required services, costs and contingencies to assure budget compliance– Develop a complete set of construction drawings and specifications for the project that meet all applicable code requirements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
