(1) Vendor needs to provide dash camera system to the government authority located in Greenville, SC.– Video–based safety system, or dash camera system, to proactively gather data that can be used to evaluate and enhance agency safety performance.– System must include real–time video surveillance, operator behavior monitoring, incident detection, GPS tracking, and data analytics to enhance safety, support incident investigations, and improve fleet operations.– Forward–facing: Full high definition (full–HD) cameras to capture external footage of roads and incidents.– Real–time GPS tracking for each vehicle, including speed and location.– Cloud–based platform centralized, real–time monitoring of alerts, operator coaching status, and quick analysis of safety performance metrics.– Interface: Must be intuitive and require minimal training for administrators.– Provide a cellular data plan that enables remote access and retrieval of on–board video recordings.– Videos shall be exportable to files that can be stored and viewed offline in formats accessible to Microsoft Windows, Apple OS/iOS, and Google Android devices.– Use of AI and G–Force detection to identify the unsafe driving behaviors.– Real–time notifications of triggered alerts automatically sent to supervisors or managers.– Platform must be accessible via web browser that is mobile friendly.
