(1) Vendor needs to provide notary public course instruction and examination development service to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. – Develop a high–quality online training course based on adult learning principles that can be implemented on an in–house learning management system. – The course should present content in a logical sequence and contain the appropriate level of detail for the audience, including effective practice exercises and job aids/reference materials.• Initial commission course:– One hour of the four–hour course shall be devoted to the topic of real estate fraud and the financial exploitation of elderly persons, including training on current trends and recognizing instances of suspected fraud or financial exploitation.• Recommission course: – One hour of the two–hour course shall be devoted to the topic of real estate fraud and the financial exploitation of elderly persons, including training on current trends and recognizing instances of suspected fraud or financial exploitation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
