(1) Vendor needs to provide eBook and digital content distribution services to digital title allocations, e–books, and platform licensing. – An implementation schedule that ensures full platform functionality and digital resource accessibility prior to the agreed–upon district go–live date. – Provide an online portal that enables CCPS media specialists and district staff to browse, select, and compile title lists to generate official price quotes.– Its online eBook and digital content portal, explaining how school media specialists and district personnel browse catalogs.– Digital activation and service turnaround time.– Media content and license expiration notifications.– Records and integrated library system (ILS) integration.– Custom district selection and catalog curation.– Catalog diversity and multilingual content availability.– Order authorization and billing compliance.– System implementation, configuration and onboarding.– Media content and license expiration notifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
