(1) Vendor needs to provide private music instruction services to the government authority located in Santa Monica, CA. – Provide high–quality individual private music instruction to socioeconomically disadvantaged (SED) students in grades 4–12 who are actively enrolled in agency ensemble music classes.– Eligible students may receive up to eighteen (18) individual private music lessons during the program period. The standard funded lesson shall be forty–five (45) minutes and is generally expected to occur approximately once per week.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
