(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, venue development, event recruitment, and brand coordination services.– Venue marketing coordination and brand management:– Coordinating with event promoters, producers, tenants, and event marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across coliseum–controlled marketing channels.– Reviewing and adapting event–provided marketing materials for use on coliseum platforms while maintaining the integrity of the event's branding and messaging.– Maintain venue–wide marketing standards and brand guidelines.– Managing and coordinating content for –owned communication channels, including:– Website.– Social media platforms.– E–mail marketing platform or other platforms that integrate with Etix Ticketing System.– Digital signage.– Digital marketing:– Management and coordination of –controlled digital marketing platforms.– Branding and creative services:– Graphic design and creative support.– Media planning and analytics:– Recommendations regarding media placement opportunities.– Promoter attraction and event recruitment:– Identifying, recruiting, and attracting event promoters, producers, sanctioning organizations, touring acts, conventions, trade shows, consumer shows, and recurring events.– Strategic marketing and venue development consulting:– Long–range marketing planning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
