(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development consultant services is to expand the existing pre–qualified pool of firms with expertise in one or more of the following: development finance, research, and stakeholder engagement to the government authority located in Utah.– Evaluate the need for County property tax participation for tax increment financing (TIF) proposals by reviewing financial materials and benchmarking returns against national, regional, and local comparable.– Provide economic development consulting for other County agencies and the Mayor’s Office as needed for development finance projects such as the development of County–owned property, or participation in public–private Partnerships.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
