CSE-24737 - USA (Muskogee, Oklahoma) - Armed Security Guard Services - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide armed security guard services to the government authority located in Muskogee, OK.– Provide one armed security officer continuously during all hours City Hall is open, unless additional staffing is requested by the city.– Provide coverage for other designated after–hours public meetings, hearings, special events, or City activities when requested.– Ensure that scheduled security coverage is not interrupted because of employee illness, vacation, turnover, scheduling conflicts, or other staffing issues.– Conduct periodic patrols of public areas, hallways, entrances, exits, parking areas, and other designated areas as directed.– Respond appropriately to disturbances, threats, suspicious activity, medical emergencies, security concerns, and other incidents.– Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information encountered while providing services to the city.– Perform other reasonable security–related duties associated with the protection of City Hall, City personnel, elected officials, and visitors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
