(1) Vendor needs to provide professional information technology (IT) cyber security consulting services to the government authority located in New York.– IT cyber security services to support the agency’s efforts to identify IT–related vulnerabilities, strengthen internal capabilities, evaluate program effectiveness, and enhance incident response preparedness.– Enhance its cyber risk management program by engaging specialized expertise in penetration testing, cybersecurity team enablement, incident response exercises, and IT–focused threat and risk assessments.– Aims to advance the maturity of the authority’s cybersecurity capabilities, improve resilience across mission–critical and non–critical IT systems, and establish a sustainable framework for ongoing security improvements– deliverables: – Penetration Testing of IT Infrastructure– Building and Enabling Internal Penetration Testing Team– Table–top Exercises and Education– Infrastructure Cybersecurity Threat/Risk Assessments(2) A virtual pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
