MEDI-8072 - USA (Albany, New York) - Employment and Income Support Programs (EISP) Consultative Examination Medical Service - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employment and income support programs (EISP) consultative examination medical service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Consultative examination (CE) medical providers will examine an individual referred by a local district for social services and administer or arrange for delegable testing when authorized.– The reported results of the physical, mental and intellectual examination, delegable test(s), pertinent laboratory findings, diagnosis and prognosis must conform to accepted professional standards and practices in the medical field to be considered a complete and competent examination.– The most frequent types of testing include complete medical examinations, complete psychiatric examinations and intelligence evaluation. – The medical examination including history, but excluding testing time (blood drawing, x–rays, etc.) should be no less than twenty (20) minutes in duration.– The history and physical and mental examination report must be completed on the forms provided.– Examination reports provided to after 10 business days may be subject to a penalty by reducing the fee for the examination by 5%.– The contractor shall not recommend treatment or a change in treatment directly to the client but should include such suggestions in the report.– Delegable and non–delegable services.– Appointment process.– Examinations.– Delegable testing.– Staffing.– Billing. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
