CSE-24323 - USA (Los Angeles, California) - Library Access Control System Services - Deadline September 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide library access control system services (ACS) to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– A complete ACS is defined as all card readers, access cards, controllers, specific access control panels, power supplies, etc., as well as all cabling/wiring, needed to achieve a complete and functional system.– The Contractor shall be fully certified by Avigilon to sell, install and maintain.– The Contractor shall provide all software, hardware, and system programming for integration with the new ACS equipment, except that the District will furnish the Avigilon Alta Cloud Management Software.– The Contractor shall provide all hardware and system programming for connection of the new ACS to the District technology network(s).– The Contractor shall provide written documentation and specific instructions for the system as Installed.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
