ESTATE-11921 - USA (Dartmouth, Massachusetts) - Real Estate Values Certification Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate values certification services to the government authority located in Dartmouth, MA– Establish new land tables for all classes of property including excess acreage values that must be table driven– Must allow the Town Assessor to work with the Vendor’s lead residential appraiser to work in setting the residential values.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
