(1) Vendor needs to provide fitness equipment repair and maintenance services to the government authority located in Lexington, VA.– Physical fitness training and conditioning, equipment including freestanding weightlifting stations, universal type resistance equipment, and cardio–fitness equipment.– This equipment must be maintained through regularly performed preventative maintenance (PMS), routine servicing, and when necessary, repairs to extend the product life span, decrease equipment down–time, and to provide end users with optimal performing equipment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.(5) This bid is Small Business Set–Aside for Award Priority.
