(1) Vendor needs to provide world languages advisory teams facilitation and framework implementation support service• Continue a multi–year contract to plan agendas for, facilitate, and document learnings from the meetings of the World Languages Advisory Team (WLAT) and, in collaboration, develop a programmatic practices manual which to include proficiency outcomes or levels for world language courses.• Developing, implementing, and analyzing meeting evaluations.• In collaboration with developing an agenda for each meeting which includes time participant discussion• Sending Zoom invitations for each meeting at least two weeks prior to the meeting and a follow–up reminder approximately 48 hours prior to the meeting.• Presenting content and discussion questions at each meeting• Taking thorough notes of the meetings• Summarizing Advisory Team feedback at each meeting• Providing a detailed summary of each meeting(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 30, 2026
