(1) Vendor needs to provide revolving loan fund loan underwriting services to the government authority located in New London, CT.– Provide professional underwriting services, which may include but are not limited to:– Review of borrower financial information– Analysis of:– Borrower creditworthiness– Repayment capacity– Financial strength and liquidity– Project feasibility– Adequacy of collateral and security– Identification of financial risks and mitigating factors– Preparation of a written underwriting memorandum containing(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
