Description
The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking a consultant to provide a complete proposal for the design of the building fire alarm and suppression system, in conjunction with combustion protection (NFPA 820 Compliance system), for the Co Generator Building located at the Hill Canyon Wastewater Treatment Plant (HCTP), 9600 Santa Rosa Rd, Camarillo, CA 91360. The consultant shall be expected to complete a review of the structure and produce a design of a fire alarm system that matches the new fire alarm systems being installed (Attachments A & B), as well as a fire suppression system and combustion protection system. The consultant will be required to work cooperatively with the City's Building and Safety Division for plan review. The proposal shall include the costs for design/construction documents, permit package, and construction administration (further details in the scope of work).
