HIGHWAY 98 MEDIAN AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING

The County desires to hire the Contractor to render certain landscaping services in the U.S. Highway 98 median and along the right of way, and the Contractor desires to render such services. Contractor’s services are described in the Scope of Services, attached and incorporated by reference in this Agreement. Therefore, the County agrees to hire Contractor and Contractor agrees to perform the consulting services set forth in the Scope of Services. The project will be divided into four areas, each with its own set of specifications and distances. Contractors are required to carefully review the bid schedule, which outlines the detailed scope of work for each section. This segmentation allows for a focused and efficient execution of tasks, addressing the unique needs of each area and ensuring a comprehensive enhancement of the entire main road.
