RFP #HSARC-364 - ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS TRAINING MATERIALS AND CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of Riverside University Health System - Public Health Injury Prevention Services (RUHS-PH IPS), is seeking proposals from qualified bidders for Organizational Readiness Training Materials and Curriculum Development Services to support Community Health Worker (CHW) integration efforts throughout Riverside County. The selected contractor will conduct a needs assessment, develop standardized organizational readiness curriculum and training materials, create facilitator and participant resources, develop assessment tools, implementation guides, and technical assistance resources, and pilot-test materials prior to finalization. Deliverables will support County departments, community partners, and external organizations in preparing for the successful integration and long-term sustainability of CHW workforce models. Services may be performed virtually. All final deliverables shall be provided in editable electronic formats suitable for replication and implementation across multiple organizational settings within Riverside County. The anticipated contract term is from contract award through June 30, 2027. Total funding available for this project shall not exceed $62,000.
