(1) Vendor needs to provide food and beverage concession services to the government authority located in Hackensack, NJ.• Agency seeks a concessionaire to operate the clubhouse restaurant and event hall with an outdoor mobile food concession• The indoor, dine–in portion of the restaurant is accessible from the clubhouse area of the facility.• The legal occupancy of this space, established by the Fire Marshal, is 104. It is roughly rectangular in shape, bordered on one side by a full–service bar; at the opposite side of this space, there is a counter for golfers in search of a quick snack and drink; and, on the other side, by an exterior wall, a set of doors lead to the outdoor dining area.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Aug 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
