Vendor needs to provide website development and maintenance services using WordPress content management system.• The system must support the existing future ticketing integration and admit–one ticketing integration at launch while remaining modular enough to transition to a new, undetermined ticketing platform in the future without requiring a core system rewrite.• Website content updates and publishing workflows.• Best practices for content creation that ensures optimal page loading speeds.• Accessible content creation in compliance with web accessibility standards.• Image optimisation and media management.• SEO–friendly content practices.• The existing content management system must remain sufficiently flexible for marketing staff to manage routine content, imagery, events, campaigns and landing pages independently, with the successful tenderer providing support for more complex requirements.• Seamless integration – With new systems being procured throughout the duration of this contract, such as a new online booking system, there will be a requirement for collaborations with third party providers to ensure seamless integration.• Answer engine optimisation (AEO) – All digital content, technical architecture, and informational assets produced must be structured, optimized, and delivered to achieve maximum visibility within ai–driven answer engines, large language models (LLMs) and conversational search platforms• Notices and alerts – There is a requirement for a flexible notice or banner system to display time sensitive information such as closures, weather alerts and events. This feature must allow content creators set specific start and end timestamps so that they appear and disappear automatically within a defined time frame.• Automated image rights alerts – There is a requirement to allow expiration dates to be included for all media and third–party images. Automated alerts should be issued by email to administrators prior to expiration to prevent copyright non–compliance and facilitate timely renewals.
