(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital digitization document scanning service.– Scanning, scanning douments of standard sizes (8.5x11“, 8.5x14“, and 11x17“)– Quality Control Checking, Convert to PDF documents, OCR is required, Delivery on 2 suitable hard drives provided by contractor. – QUALITY OF SCANINNG: 3 Star – 300 PPI, 8 or 16 bit – Web viewing, some digital printing, and OCR capable.– Shredding once government approval in writing is provided. – Provide written security control plan.– Provide boxing up and digitization of approximately 320,000 sheets.– Provide boxes for documents to be packed up and transported.– Required to separate each page for scanning.– Disassemble and unbind to scan the furnished document to get it ready for scanning.– Exercise reasonable care to ensure that the integrity of the material is preserved.
