(1) Vendor needs to provide public arts master plan service to the government authority located in Liberty, MO. – Provide developing the first public arts master plan for the city.– Include information demonstrating experience in public arts planning and community outreach.– Public arts master plan are to assist the city in establishing a strategic approach to public art, to develop guidance for the city's public art program, to provide recommendations for placement of public art, and to set priorities for public art.– Provide a thorough inventory and assessment of the city’s permanent and temporary art collection, our cultural assets and opportunities.– Provide recommendations for placement of permanent public art throughout the city.– Identify clear goals and action strategies that include short–term and long–term priorities, estimated budget costs and clear implementation dates.– Recommend updates or edits to the existing public art guidelines, policies and processes including memorial artwork and gifts of public art to the city.– Recommend an ongoing tourism strategy, to create an experience for visitors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
