Hand Tools (Powered & Non Powered), Supplies and Accessories

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a term Contract for the provision of a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools, associated supplies and accessories, on an 'as needed' basis to the City's Department of Public Works. The City is looking to enter into a Contract with one or more qualified contractor(s) to provide these products.
