The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal of existing asphalt roofing and vinyl siding and replacement with new asphalt roofing and vinyl siding with PVC trims. Minor electrical fixture replacement. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount.
