TRANS-3038 - USA (North Carolina) - Interview Transcription Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide interview transcription services to the government authority located in NC.  – The service will include a phone app that goes on either an iPhone or an Android to record and submit the recordings to a secure portal with end–to–end encryption.– Completed transcriptions will be provided via a secure portal where investigators can download transcriptions and recordings.– Provide professional, accurate, and timely transcriptions of confidential interviews and evidence for investigations conducted by the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) investigators.– The transcriptions should be in MS Word format with reference line numbers running down page.– Support approximately 8 investigators that complete recorded interviews and will need transcription.     – There should be a phone app (iPhone and Android) for investigators to be able to use in order to record interviews and then submit them for transcription.  – Investigators will need a secure portal in which they can upload recordings and download transcriptions.– The transcriptions must be accurate.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
