 Vendor needs to provide plan check, building official, permit technician, planning division and related building and planning services to the government authority located in Lynwood, CA. – The selected Consultant will provide a range of Building Division services, including, but not limited to, building plan review, construction inspections, permit processing support, Certified Building Official (CBO) services, Certified Plan Checker services, Permit Technician services, Certified Combination Building Inspector services, and other related staffing and operational support functions as needed.– Consultant shall provide inclusive plan and document review services to the agency for compliance with the building laws of the agency and State as part of agency’s Building and Safety Division permitting process.– The services shall include all discipline required for building permit issuance, including but not limited to, Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Green Building, Energy Conservation, Geotechnical, and Seismic.– Consultant shall provide building inspections for residential and commercial buildings within the City, including but not limited to new construction, additions, alterations, tenant improvements, change of use, repairs, and accessory structures.– The Consultant shall provide professional planning services to support the agency’s Planning Division, including current planning, advanced (long–range) planning, environmental review, zoning administration, and public counter services.
