EXTRA-77017 - USA (Gallup, New Mexico) - Assessment Administration Services - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide assessment administration services to the government authority located in Gallup, NM.• Provide assistance with inventory of potential agency sites within the target area, implementation of environmental site assessments, remedial planning, community outreach and other environmental planning components.• The Coalition will incorporate site reuse option analyses and apply real estate strategy to prioritizeopportunities and ensure the most feasible sites/redevelopment areas are selected for environmental site assessment (ESA), site–specific cleanup/reuse planning and Area–Wide Planning (AWP) activities.• Work with the agency to finalize the list of sites to be assessed based on need and financial availability/grant capacity.• Complete thorough Phase I and Phase II assessments on the selected parcels to determinethe scope and extent of contamination of each site.• Develop cost–effective and efficient scenarios for cleanup and remediation, as necessary, forthe sites.• Perform area wide planning activities including educational site visits, public meetings andsummary of site redevelopment profiles.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–proposal MS Teams Meeting will be held on October 06, 2026.
