The Republic of Tajikistan Recipient has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tajikistan Millati Solim Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for (i) Procurement of 15 sets of solar generators for 14 RHCs and 1 DHC (Lot 1); and (ii) 8 heat pump systems (Lot 2) both lots in Dangara, Temurmalik, Levakant, Nurek, Baljuvon, Roshtqal'a districts. The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for (i) Procurement of 15 sets of solar generators for 14 RHCs and 1 DHC (Lot 1); and (ii) 8 heat pump systems (Lot 2) both lots in Dangara, Temurmalik, Levakant, Nurek, Baljuvon, Roshtqal'a districts. 2. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and in accordance with the World Bank Anti-Corruption Guidelines (ACG) (July 2016), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 3. The bidding document in Russian may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of a formal written request on the company's official letterhead to the address indicated below.
