STAFF-16251 - USA (Irmo, South Carolina) - Substitute Staffing Services - Deadline June 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide substitute staffing services to fill positions on an as–needed basis at the request of the district to the government authority located in Irmo, SC.• Recruit, interview, screen, employ and train substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, custodial staff and food services workers prior to placement. (Paraprofessionals may include, but are not limited to,classroom instructional aides, special education aides, and media center aides.)• Provide qualified substitute teachers for positions in grades Pre–K through 12, Special Education, Vocational Educational, and other certified staff positions; Early Childhood Assistants (Pre–K) and Special Education Assistants and place substitutes daily as needed in the District; Custodial Staff; and Food Service Workers• Possess reporting capability to run historical reports on substitutes.• Provide at least ninety–five percent (95%) fill rate for requested services (substitute teachers, substitute paraprofessionals, custodial staff, and food service workers)• Provide automated reporting/billing system, daily staff coverage, as well as key contact person(s) and back–up contact person• Provide copies of all special licenses or accreditations or certification, in cases where they are required by State, Federal, and/or local law, statute, regulation, or District Policy upon request to the District Provide references and resumes on individual substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, custodial staff, and food service workers, if requested(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
