– Agency requires a comprehensive contract for the complete replacement of existing Time–Division Multiplexing (TDM) commercial telephony services.– This effort shall include the installation and long–term support for a new system supporting approximately 19,773 endpoints at the specified locations The core requirement is for an Internet Protocol (IP) based solution, with Voice over IP (VoIP) being the preferred implementation.– Featuresa. Compliance with all emergency communication requirements is mandatory, including NG911 and 988 services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
