(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency fuel supply delivery and support services to the government authority located in Fountain Valley, CA.         • Provide delivery and purchase of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel on an emergency as–needed basis.• The region’s water and wastewater agencies rely heavily on fuel to support operations, including backup power generation, fleet movement, emergency response, and personnel transportation.• The fuel supply chain, necessitating a pre–contracted, scalable, and redundant fuel delivery system for emergency needs.• Multiple agencies with diverse fuel needs.• Emergency fuel delivery within compressed timelines.• Ability to rapidly scale operations and resources to meet surge demands during emergency conditions.• Mobile fueling for fleet and essential personnel.• Regulatory–compliant fuel handling, storage, and delivery.• Documentation, invoicing, and chain–of–custody controls.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
