Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital signage system.– Provide a state–of–the–art digital signage network comprised of interior wayfinding information and marketing [MX] displays.– Provide pricing for managed services of agency current wayfinding and MX media players anddigital signage displays, as well as provide pricing of cloud and web–based content management system (CMS).– Managed services will entail remote and onsite management of network to include customer service, troubleshooting, equipment support and maintenance.– Content development and management; however, for more advance projects such as animation, assistance will be required.– Preferred software and CMS platform must be compatible and capable of running content on agency current media Players.– Digital signage fleet of a open media players and evaluate models to ensure capability for dynamic and complex content and make recommendations for required upgrades to available cutting–edge equipment.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
