(1) Vendor needs to provide sexual assault kits supply to the government authority located in Alhambra, CA.• Request for 6,000 CAL DOJ sexual assault kits• Provides these kits to client law enforcement agencies, and they are used to collect forensic evidence from victims of sexual assault• One 10” x 13” expandable envelope of a durable white paper, printed and labeled, filled with all of the remaining kit items, and pre–sealed with an integrity seal• Seventeen sealed packages of cotton–tipped 6” sterile wooden swabs, each package containing two swabs• One 5” x 7.5” envelope with a non–gummed closure labeled “Body Hair Evidence” containing• One 5” x 11” white paper bag (Duro #5 or similar) labeled “Underpants• One piece of red evidence tape seal, 11” to 12” long• Six 1” x 2” barcode label stickers printed with the sequential kit number(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026
