ANIM-9475 - USA (Kansas) - Interpretive Signage and Exhibits Service - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide interpretive signage and exhibits service. – Design, content development, fabrication, and installation of interpretive signage and exhibits.– Develop comprehensive interpretive exhibit packages, including interior interpretive panels, interactive and hands–on exhibit elements, orientation and wayfinding signage, exterior signage, and all associated content development, graphic design, and artwork.– Produce detailed design drawings, renderings, and specifications for all interpretive signage and exhibits, including dimensions, materials, colors, mounting methods, and placement locations.– Develop all interpretive content, including written narratives, captions, labels, and educational text, in consultation with agency and partner subject–matter experts.– Fabricate all interpretive signage and exhibit components using durable, high–quality materials suitable for a public visitor center environment.– Ensure that all fabricated elements are designed for long–term durability, ease of maintenance, and resistance to fading, moisture, and general wear from public interaction.– Provide access to the visitor center facilities and park grounds for site visits, design surveys, and installation.– Assign project liaisons and make designated staff available for content consultation, meetings, and design reviews.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
