Fjársýslan, on behalf of the Marine and Freshwater Research Institute, ID No. 470616-0830, invites tenders for 23302 – IT Operations Services for the Marine and Freshwater Research Institute. Tenders are invited for the operation of the information technology environment of the Marine and Freshwater Research Institute (the Contracting Authority), covering the following service areas: • User support (helpdesk and general user support) • Workstations and endpoint devices • Servers, infrastructure and virtualization • Databases • Backup • Network equipment • Network and telecommunications systems at the Contracting Authority’s premises and on research vessels • Information security • Documentation and knowledge transfer • On-site presence In addition, the description sets out requirements that apply across all service areas: • Service levels (SLA) • Invoicing • General operational matters This is an open procedure pursuant to Article 34 of the Public Procurement Act.
