(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruiting services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.– Provide executive recruiting services for Director and CEO.– Review the job description and assist the working group with defining the requirements and qualifications of the position.– Conduct research to identify where ideal candidates are located.– Develop a candidate profile and advertising plan to attract a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool based on previous successes with similar clients and positions.– Accept all applications for the position.– Conduct initial interviews and screen potential qualified candidates.– Deliver a list of the top, vetted candidates to be interviewed.– Deliver written interview materials and candidate summaries.– Assist with contract negotiation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
