Category Two Renewal / Continuation of Existing Network Software, Licensing, and Support The applicant is seeking proposals for renewal, continuation, and/or equivalent replacement of existing eligible Category Two internal broadband network software, licensing, subscriptions, maintenance, and support. Requested services may include software licensing, support, maintenance, and renewals necessary to operate, manage, secure, monitor, and maintain eligible internal broadband network components and eligible virtualized network functions, including switching, routing, wireless networking, firewall/security appliance functionality, network management, caching, and related eligible Category Two internal broadband functions. Vendors must clearly identify all eligible and ineligible products, services, licenses, subscriptions, support, and maintenance. Any ineligible server, compute, storage, general virtualization, operating system, application hosting, backup, disaster recovery, or other non-eligible costs must be separately itemized and cost-allocated.
